Key Account Coordinator
VDH Company is rapidly expanding, and we are proud of that. As a result of this growth, we are looking for experienced and driven Freight Managers to help us continue this success. We are currently seeking a Key Account Coordinator for our location at Middenweg 35a in Moerdijk.
What will you do?
As a Key Account Freight Manager, you are responsible for the correct execution of various processes within supply chain management in the FVG sector (Fruit, Vegetables, and Potatoes). You work closely with various departments, such as quality control, back office, logistics teams, and your own team to ensure that a leading European retail organization is efficiently supplied in 17 countries. Your goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction and achieve optimal operational results.
As a Key Account Coordinator, you are involved daily in allocating available inventory to daily orders and monitoring and managing these inventories.
You are also responsible for planning both incoming and outgoing shipments, in close collaboration with the logistics departments.
Additionally, you maintain contact with both customers and supplier.
You ensure that order information is accurately processed and updated.
In your role, you serve as a liaison between various teams, ensuring the customer is fully relieved from A to Z.

You communicate excellently, both internally and with customers and suppliers.
You take initiative, work independently, and are not afraid to make decisions.
You are flexible and enjoy being on weekend and phone duty.
You have an affinity with the FVG sector (preferred).
You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
