VDH Company continues to grow, and we are proud of that. Due to our growth, we are also looking for new Freight Managers to strengthen our financial administration. Do you want to join us on this journey? We are looking for an accurate and discreet employee for the billing of our Hazeldonk location!

What will you do?

  • Processing of purchase invoices 

  • Checking sales orders 

  • Sending sales invoices 

  • Maintaining contact with our colleagues and the financial department

As an Administrative employee invoicing, you ensure that invoices are processed correctly and on time. We work progressively towards efficient administrative processes and continuously optimize our billing. In a warm working environment, you are the mainstay for colleagues and customers, and with a decisive approach, you ensure that everything runs smoothly financially.

What do we expect from you?

  • You are accurate and have analytical insight 

  • You work precisely and orderly 

  • Experience with Scansys and Softpack is a plus 

  • Speaking English is a plus 

  • You are computer-savvy 

  • You are flexible, after all, it's still logistics!
