Container transport
We transport containers from the ports of Rotterdam, Vlissingen, and Antwerp to our own warehouses or directly to customers. This includes both refrigerated reefers and dry containers.International transport
We handle the transport of fruit and vegetables, plants, ornamental horticulture products, and temperature-sensitive products throughout Europe. Our specialty? A daily groupage service departs for France, Spain, and Portugal. Feel free to contact us for the possibilities.National transport
We are also ready for transport in the Benelux. We ensure that your product arrives at the right destination at the right time. Every day we depart from the vegetable/fruit hotspot Ridderkerk and supply the Benelux daily.Intermodal transport
Sustainability is a very important theme within VDH. Therefore, besides road transport, we also use other modalities. Think of the train, inland shipping, and short sea. This is an efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly solution for transporting your product throughout Europe.

Technology as a driver of our service
Our efficiency stems from smart strategies, such as using dual-manned vehicles and swapping cars on the road, to reach you as quickly as possible. Technology plays a major role in our operations. We use a Transport Management System (TMS), GPS tracking, and a driver app to manage loading and unloading assignments. Our new online portal allows you to enter assignments into the portal yourself and track them when we handle them for you, including all important documentation.
