Welcome to VDH Company. Our services and activities are bound by a number of conditions. This is how we offer you the best service. Below you will find an overview of the general terms and conditions that apply to our services.
Cold and Freezer Storage: For all matters related to cold and freezer storage, we apply the NEKOVRI Conditions [2022]. This ensures that your products are always stored under the best conditions.
Storage and Physical Distribution: For storage that does not fall under cold/freezer storage and for physical distribution, we use the Logistics Services Conditions [LSC 2014]. This ensures everything is well arranged.
National Road Transport: When it comes to national road transport, we follow the General Transport Conditions [AVC 2002; version filed at the Rotterdam District Court under no. 2/2015]. This provides clarity and certainty for all your transports within the Netherlands.
International Road Transport: For international road transport, the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road [CMR] applies. Additionally, the AVC 2002 conditions apply. This ensures your goods are well insured across the border.
Expedition and Customs: For everything related to expedition and customs formalities, we follow the Dutch Forwarding Conditions [FENEX 2018], except for article 23 “Arbitration”. This ensures smooth import and export of your goods.
